Shipping and payment
Who can order
This web shop sells to business customers only — companies, sole traders and hospitality. Ordering requires your company name and Croatian OIB. Prices exclude VAT.
An R1 business invoice is issued to the company or sole trader specified.
Delivery within Croatia
- Standard products: €6.50 once per order.
- Large products: €7.60 per piece.
Both charges apply to orders containing both types of product. No additional VAT is charged on shipping.

Delivery time
Products in stock usually arrive within three working days of receiving payment. Products not in stock are made and delivered within up to 25 working days, and made-to-measure products within the time stated in the quotation. We will let you know about any extension.
Payment before dispatch
Payment is made in advance, within 8 days of the order confirmation, by bank transfer, payment slip or mobile banking. Your order confirmation includes the payment details and a HUB3 barcode. We dispatch products once the payment has arrived.
